Five myths about healthy eating – The Washington Post.

1.  I own my body.  I should be able to eat whatever I want.

2.  To that end, I should be able to engage in voluntary exchange with someone who produces food (healthy or unhealthy) without government interference and punitive taxes.

3.  I should not be forced to pay for the medical care of others who choose to eat unhealthy foods, nor should they be forced to pay for mine if I choose to do so.
